Shipping:

Shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase and determined by product weight and quantity. Heavy and bulky items require special attention and must be shipped separately. For these items, a standard rate will be charged. Please note that orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska may incur additional shipping charges.

Pick-up:

Arrangements may be made to pick up the order at our Broomfield, Co location.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, email our Customer Service Department at info@endomaxx.com.  One of our customer service representatives will be in touch.

P.O. Boxes:

Most internet orders ship via FedEx or USPS. Shipments over 2lbs sent to PO Boxes may incur additional charges. Please contact Customer Service for details.

International Shipping:

International Checkout is now available. Some countries outside of USA/Canada prohibit importation of this device, please check with your local government for rules and regulations.

Important Canadian Ordering information:

No Brokerage Fees on priority or economy air delivery. We are very conscious of keeping your costs down on clearance and brokerage fees. Duties and taxes are prepaid on checkout.

Canadian Shipments under $20 CAD Any shipments valued under $20 CAD will not have any clearance fees, duty or tax.

Express & Overnight:

Express and overnight delivery orders placed after 10:00 AM mountain standard time will be shipping the following business day. If you have any questions regarding your overnight or express order, please contact info@endomaxx.com  during standard business hours (9:00-5:00 Monday-Friday). Any changes you need to make to the express shipping status must occur within one hour of placing the order or endomaxx.com will assume the method is accepted and proceed with delivery. If the order is placed outside of standard business hours, the account manager must be contacted before 10:00 am MST the next business day.
